Calibration Suggestions?

Hi All,

My X-Carve is cutting well, but I noticed 1/16th off today on a 10" part.

Does this seem normal? What kind of tolerances are you all happy with on your end?

I see calibration instructions here: X-Carve Instructions: Calibrate

But if anyone has any other suggested instructions or links I’d really appreciate you sharing them.

A well calibrated, stock X-Carve can have a accuracy between 0.07-0.13mm.

Any flexibility/slack will add up, if you tug the end mill with say 5lbs of force, how much does it deviate?
