Bit not raising on DeWalt

Does anyone know or have any ideas why my bit would not be raising? I have the DeWalt 611 with X Carve 1000mm. When I am in Easel and Easel tells me to raise my bit my machine will not move.

Are you able to move the spindle up and down with the buttons on the Carve screen?

Are Z belt and pulleys moving?

Check your pulley set screw. Jog the z up and look down at the axle of the stepper. It may be spinning, but not turning the pulley.

Something is slipping.
