Designed this guy tonight and was going to 3D print it, but know i’m thinking maybe carving it from aluminium. Which design do you like better? I think the second would be a challenging project on my X-carve.

Maybe something like this. Less people (and sweaters) would be killed.

I like the top ring design. But those points are going to be pretty sharp.
I cut a bat symbol in aluminum as a test and was surprised at how much of an edge it had straight from the machine. Though it is easy enough to sand it down or run it through a tumbler to soften the edges.
A small file on the points go a long way. And a little bat protection is always a good thing
