You can try: WhatTheFont | MyFonts’ AI-Powered Font Finder to identify fonts from a picture. (It didn’t do very well with your sample though)

@LarryM beat me to it! I used to think I was a fontaphile until I went over to a friend’s house and she had a framed picture on her wall that said: “Friends Don’t Let Friends Use Comic Sans”.
