Adding tabs to a circle

I am making a ring and would to add tabs to the ring. How can I do this

Assuming Easel
for a one sided cut, if the line/shape is set to full depth cut on the cut tab there should be tab controls at the bottom.

for a two sided cut, on the one side you can lie to Easel and set the material depth to half it’s real value, then do exactly as above

it needs to be one of the outline cut types
