Acme screw upgrade

I’m about to order the Acme screw upgrade, (30658-01) and the plate, (30534-01).

Which bearing would I need to order to complete this?

It appears the same bearing is used for both rods

Flanged Bearing - 8mm x 22mm x 7mm
F608-ZZ Bearing - 8mm x 22mm, 7mm, sealed, flanged
part number 30169-01
