Wow, this just reminded me of building a CO₂ racecar for shop class in 8th grade and my mom stepped on it in my room the morning of the races…
When that movie came out, my wife and I were going to see some other movie. while standing in the concession line she says something about going to see that movie… I responded with “why? you know the dog is going to die at the end” … the two women in front of us were none to happy I just ruined the movie for them
