So I had a go at flip milling for the first time, a bit ambitious to start with 4 sided, but it worked pretty good.
Im using one of those corner vises which is pretty low profile and a M5 bolt as my index.
As you can see in the pictures there’s about 0.1mm alignment error, which for this type of fixturing im quite happy with.
